Flourless Red Nose Cookies

Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free, Easy


Yield: 17 cookies

Time: 30 minutes



  • 1 c. gluten free old-fashioned oats flour (or blended to a flour)

  • 1 c. Lekkco

  • 1 egg

  • 17 Maraschino cherries



  1. Blend the oats in a blender or food processor to make oat flour. Set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the Lekkco and egg together until smooth, then add the oat flour and mix until combined.

  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, preheat the oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Scoop out about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough and place onto the baking sheet 2” apart. Place a cherry in the center of each cookie and bake for 10 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
