Dessert Tacos

Nut Free, Egg Free

Yield: 8 servings

Time: 1 hour 



  • 8 mini flour tortillas

  • ½ c. cinnamon sugar

  • Spray oil or ¼ c. melted butter

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream

  • ½ - ¾ c. Lekkco

  • Whipped cream for topping

  • Sliced fruit for topping (strawberries, bananas, etc.)



  1. Preheat the oven to 325F. 

  2. On a large plate, lay the tortillas out and brush with melted butter or spray with cooking oil. On another large plate, spread the cinnamon sugar into an even layer. 

  3. Place the tortillas into the cinnamon sugar oiled side down and set aside. 

  4. Take foil and roll into 1 ½ inch thick tubes, making 4 tubes. On a 9x13” baking pan, line with foil and set aside. 

  5. Place the tortillas around the rolls of foil with the sugared side up, making sure it is in the desired taco shape. Place onto the foil-line pans and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.

  6. Once cooled they should be stiff. Spread an even layer of Lekkco inside each tortilla shell then add a scoop or two of ice cream. Top with whipped cream and sliced fruit then drizzle with more Lekkco. 

  7. Serve immediately or freeze to enjoy later!
