Blended Oatmeal

Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Easy

Yield: 1-2 servings

Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • ¾ c. rolled oats

  • ¼ c. Lekkco

  • ¾ c. non-dairy milk

  • 1 t. Baking powder

  • 1 Tb. butter (vegan optional)

 

Directions:

  1. Add the banana, oats, Lekkco, milk, and baking powder to a blender and blend until well combined.

  2. In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into the bowl over the butter and microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool, serve and enjoy!
